How to Use Proclear 1 Day Contact Lenses

Using Proclear 1-Day contact lenses is not complicated. Proclear 1-Day contact lenses were developed and released by CooperVision. They are disposable and are intended for only one day of use before they are discarded and replaced with a new set. They are designed to keep the eyes moist and comfortable during the entire time of use and are sold at a lower price to make them more attractive to consumers in comparison to other disposable brands. Using Proclear 1-Day contacts is meant to be as simple as possible.

Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water before handling contact lenses and avoid getting any lotions or chemicals on them.
2
Open the lens package and carefully guide the contact lens out of the package with your fingertip. The outer portion of the lens should be resting against your fingertip and not touching the fingernail.
3
Open your right eye wide and use your fingertip to position the lens against the eye. Always do the right eye first so you develop the habit of always getting the correct lens in the correct eye.
4
Slide the left eye lens into the left eye in the same fashion as you did the right.
5
Apply one or two drops of lubricating solution to the eye if the lenses start itching or feeling dry. Remove the lenses if there is any sense of eye irritation.
6
Wear the Proclear 1-Day lenses for 4 hours on your first day to let your eyes adapt to them. Wear them for 6 hours the second day and then 8 hours the third day. From day 4 on, you should be able to wear them all day. Remove them and dispose of them before going to sleep.
